Getting across that pesky raging torrent without the aid of a handy bridge would be a bit of a problem in any other country. But not Russia. Just attach the car to a Flying Fox and fire it across that way. Problem solved.
Although, you would think the sort of people ingenious enough to come up with this sort of solution would be able to wipe that bloody drop of water off the camera lens…
